With over two decades of experience in real estate, Kok Seng expertise covers planning, consultancy, industrial development for firms like Grand Banks, Toppan PhotomasksInc. He has structured deals with various REITs, led industrial land tenders, and played key roles in esteemed firms such as Knight Frank Consultancy, Aptitude Real Advisory Pte Ltd, and OKH Global.

Chief Executive Officer
With 18+ years in real estate, Roy is a recognized expert in industrial assets. Renowned for his investment, transaction, and rental prowess, he managed deals from $65M to S$240M in gross development value. As Founder and KEO of Weston Vision Realty Pte Ltd, he’s a dynamic leader with exceptional insight, differentiated his firm apart. His multifaceted skills make him a trusted advisor and guiding light in today’s dynamic market.
Mr Jesmond Lee
Chief Operations Officer
Over 17 years in real estate career, Jesmond specializes in upscale residential and commercial properties in prime districts, boasting over S$1 billion value in property transactions. As Founder of Everton Estate, he transacts deals in high-end assets, above S$5M. A trusted advisor for diverse large-scale projects—commercial buildings, service apartments, hotels—he garners acclaim from global high net worth individuals, listed companies, and business owners.
Mr Wayne Chen
Senior Director
Wayne, a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade’s experience, has co-founded and managed businesses across HR, FinTech, and real estate. His expertise spans innovation, sales, operations, and M&A, resulting in three acquisitions and expansive ventures across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Beyond business, Wayne’s civic involvement includes significant roles in societies and grassroots organizations, driven by his commitment to social responsibility and regional fundraising for underprivileged families and children’s education.
Mr Tony Teo
Director
With 35+ years in real estate and construction, Tony Teo excels in marketing, branding, space planning, and asset management. He pioneered suburban mall management as General Manager with NTUC Income subsidiary, co-founded Aptitude Real Estate Advisory, and managed notable projects like Queensbay Mall in Penang. His expertise spans marketing iconic spaces such as Bugis+, Kallang Leisure Park, and Suntec City, alongside assets like Herencia at Kim Yam Road and 10 Winstedt Road.
